St Louis Spinach Bites

- 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 2 cups seasoned bread stuffing (pepperidge Farm) shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 6 eggs beaten shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spinach according to directions on pkg. Drain well.
- Mix all in the order given.
- Shape into bite size balls.
- Place on greased cooking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- These can be cooked then frozen and reheated when needed. I freeze these on a cookie sheet then drop them into a freezer bag.

Ok, so I ended up making this with the oatmeal seasoning pack and the potato flakes from a box of Hamburger Helper Oven. They came out really well! Thank you!!
