Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup butter (softend)(2 sticks)
- 3/4 cup brown suger
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
Directions
- preheat oven to 375 F
- mix flour, baking soda, and salt, set aside
- beat butter, sugars and egg until fluffy, stir in dry ingredients. Blend in the vanilla
- gently stir in the white chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut
- drob by tablespoonfulls unto ungreased cookie sheets a few inches apart.
- bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown
