Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1 cup butter (softend)(2 sticks)

3/4 cup brown suger

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup macadamia nuts

1/2 cup coconut (optional)

Directions

preheat oven to 375 F

mix flour, baking soda, and salt, set aside

beat butter, sugars and egg until fluffy, stir in dry ingredients. Blend in the vanilla

gently stir in the white chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut

drob by tablespoonfulls unto ungreased cookie sheets a few inches apart.

bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown
