Lemon Spagetti

- 8 ounces spaghetti shopping list
- 1/4 cup EVOO shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves crushed shopping list
- juice and zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- ½ c dry white wine shopping list
- ¾ cup of cream shopping list
- 1 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt and ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain and place spaghetti back into pot.
- On very low heat put EVOO, add Garlic and sautee garlic until very soft
- Turn up heat add wine, gently simmer till wine reduces, Add zest of one full Lemon, the cream, cook until cream begins to thicken.
- Reduce heat and stir in the chicken broth, Juice of one lemon. Mix and let simmer 5 mins.
- Pour sauce over spaghetti , Add fresh parsley and ground black pepper to taste, Sprinkle with Fresh Grated Parmesean
