How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  • Drain and place spaghetti back into pot.
  • On very low heat put EVOO, add Garlic and sautee garlic until very soft
  • Turn up heat add wine, gently simmer till wine reduces, Add zest of one full Lemon, the cream, cook until cream begins to thicken.
  • Reduce heat and stir in the chicken broth, Juice of one lemon. Mix and let simmer 5 mins.
  • Pour sauce over spaghetti , Add fresh parsley and ground black pepper to taste, Sprinkle with Fresh Grated Parmesean
