How to make it

  • Heat shortening in your deep fryer to 350 degrees
  • drop the wings into the hot shortening and fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the wings are turning light brown.
  • remove wings to a rack or paper towels to drain for 1 minute
  • put wings into a plastic bag container with a lid.
  • add 1/4 cup - 1/3 cup of your favorite wing sauce to the container put lid on and give it a good shake .
  • pour wings out onto a plate and serve .
  • oh and get the napkins ready you will plenty believe me .....................

    I love ideas like this one about the bag! I use a bag to mix my salad and Caesar dressing, but I never thought of it for wings! Who do I thank for this, Sherry, Mini, or Tink? LOL
