Guacamole Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 avocados, peeled and stoned

1 onion, chopped

2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

1 tbls. lemon juice, fresh

1 tsp. salt

Black pepper to taste

6-8 tbls. mayonnaise

2 tomatoes, skinned, seeded, and finely chopped

Directions

Put avocados, onion, jalapenos, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor and process until creamy

Add mayonnaise and pulse until mixed

Put in bowl and stir in tomatoes

Serve with tortilla chips.

Ahh thanks so much, I was looking for a good avocado dip just last night, since I have an avocado seeking to be used today. thanks Wynne for posting this one - I like the added mayo too! :-P
