Guacamole Dip

Got this from a friend but haven't made it yet.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled and stoned shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls. lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- 6-8 tbls. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, skinned, seeded, and finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Put avocados, onion, jalapenos, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor and process until creamy
- Add mayonnaise and pulse until mixed
- Put in bowl and stir in tomatoes
- Serve with tortilla chips.

Hi Corinne, My favorite dip of all time!! Another great post. I bet the mayo makes it extra creamy. I have one question though. On the last ingredient, are you sure you didn't mean to say "2 killer tomatoes"?..... ;-)~~
