Hot Crab Sandwich Recipe
These are opn-faced cheesey crab top sandwiches. Use these for brunch, lunch or cut with pizza cutter and serve as appetizers.

Ingredients
  • can crab meat
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup each, diced celery, chopped ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 English muffins - split

Directions
  1. Mix the well-drained crab with the next 6 ingredients.
  2. Butter the split English muffins.
  3. Spread the mixture over the English muffin halves.
  4. Broil until light brown and bubbly.

Can't have the english muffins unless I make myself and in this heat - not happening - but this sounds like and excellent little appetizer!
