Renas Cornbread Dressing

- 3 cups celery chopped shopping list
- 2 white onion chopped shopping list
- 4 TBS sage shopping list
- 2 tsp caynne pepper shopping list
- 3 TBS poultry seasoning shopping list
- Boiled/ Baked chicken deboned - reserve the stock shopping list
- White loaf bread, or bread crumbs, either way let it set out to dry, naturally shopping list
- 2-3 pans of prepared cornbread shopping list
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In Large roasting pan combine the dried bread and cornbread
- Crumble and tear apart the breads
- Crumble and tear apart add the chicken pieces add to the bread
- In a skillet saute the celery and onions
- Add the seasonings and the soup.
- Add the soup mixture to the roasting pan bread mixture
- Crack and add in the whole eggs to the bread mixture
- Begin to mix by hand and gradually add in the stock to moisten the dressing
- Once it is mixted and not too wet bake at 350 for approx 1.5 hours
