How to make it

  • Beat egg, stir in sugar.
  • Add dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix again until just mixed. (very dry looking at this point - no worries)
  • Pour into greased pie pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Serve with whipped cream or cool whip mixed with applesauce to taste OR simply dust the pie with powdered sugar.

    I know by the ingredients that this can be made with a wheat free flour mixture with no other adjustments - sounds very good!
