How to make it

  • Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 tsp. thyme and 1/8 tsp. pepper. In
  • a large nonstick skillet, sauté chicken in oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet sauté kielbasa, onion, green pepper and garlic until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in water, rice, bouillon, Tabasco and remaining thyme and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  • Return chicken to pan and heat through.
