Ingredients
  • 1 c. soy sauce, I use less sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 TBS garlic powder
  • 12 boneless pork chops

Directions
  1. Add first 5 ingredients together in a gallon ziploc bag. Keep about 1/4 c. of mixed marinade in separate container.
  2. Poke holes in the pork chops with a fork and place in the bag with the marinade.
  3. Let marinate for at least 6 hours.
  4. I personally put in bag one night and cook the next.
  5. Using an outdoor or indoor grill cook pork chops about 20 min on each side.
  6. Before taking up, spoon the extra marinade over the pork chops, cook just about 1 min.
  7. Take the porkchops off the grill and serve!

Wow thanks great recipe

Sounds very good. My Diabetes Type II husband will be delighted were having pork chops this weekend! I'm beginning to really appreciate sugar-free food. Have you tried Bluewaterandsand's Lemon Chicken? It's sugar-free, absolutely sensational, easy to make and one of my favorite dishes.
