Ingredients
  • 12 slices bacon cut to match number of oysters
  • 1 pint of oysters well drained
  • salt and pepper to taste paprika to taste
  • parsley
  • hot sauce your favorite............

Directions
  1. Wrap bacon around oysters.
  2. secure with toothpicks
  3. sprinkle each oyster with salt pepper and paprika
  4. place a rack on a shallow baking pan .
  5. brown slowly at 350 degreees f for about 15 to 20 minutes
  6. serve on a bed of parsley
  7. drop hot sauce on each bite when eating it ............... and serve with small rounds of toasted buttered bread
