Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wrap bacon around oysters.
  • secure with toothpicks
  • sprinkle each oyster with salt pepper and paprika
  • place a rack on a shallow baking pan .
  • brown slowly at 350 degreees f for about 15 to 20 minutes
  • serve on a bed of parsley
  • drop hot sauce on each bite when eating it ............... and serve with small rounds of toasted buttered bread
