How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Pat in a thin layer on a large baking sheet with sides. Bake 400 oven stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until golden. Be careful not to let it burn. Crumble while warm. Cool.
- Press half of crumb mixture into 13"x9" pan. Drizzle with half the sauce. Spread with ice cream, then remainder of crumbs, then rest of sauce. Cover and store in freezer. Remove from freezer 10 min before serving for easy slicing. Enjoy!
