Last week, the gound beef was on sale. I bought 5 lbs of of ground beef and make this receipe and put into the freezer for later.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 envelope LIPTON RECIPE SECRETS Onion Soup Mix.
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 8 patties.
- Grill or broil or pan fry until done.
- Serve with lettuces or hamburger buns.
