Last week, the gound beef was on sale. I bought 5 lbs of of ground beef and make this receipe and put into the freezer for later.

What a great idea! They'll be getting their veggies (and good veggies) with their burger even though they're too picky to put lettuce and tomato on as condiments!! Haha! Sneaky!!
