Hot Dog Relish Hawaiian Style

A nice change from the regular mustard and relish that we all use to top or hot dogs...If you can find them, use Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls. butter shopping list
- 2 tbls. cornstarch shopping list
- 2 cups crushed pineapple and its juice shopping list
- 3 tbls. cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter until tender
- Stir in cornstarch
- Add pineapple and juice
- Stir and cook until bubbly
- Add vinegar
- Stir in curry and cumin and cook for 2 minutes

Oh, this sounds so good. I like anything with pineapple. Yummy. Plus cumin and curry, that makes it even better. Shoot,I'd put this on a chicken breast to perk it up.
