Ingredients
  • ***Bottom Layer***
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • ***Custard Layer***
  • 3 tbsp unsalter butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp. whole milk or light cream
  • 2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ***Glaze***
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions
  1. Prepare a 9 inch square pan.
  2. Bottom Layer: Combine ingredients. Press into the prepared pan. Chill.
  3. Custard Layer: Combine butter, milk, vanilla, and instant pudding . Blend in confectioners sugar. Spread over bottom layer. Chiil at least 15 minutes.
  4. Glaze: melt chocolate and butter. Spread over custard layer. Chill. Store in refrigerator, covered up to 1 month.

Sound great...I have some chocolate graham crackers in the cupboard, would they work rather than cocoa and graham crackers?
