  • unpeeled garlic cloves

Directions
  1. Place the unpeeled garlic cloves in a dry skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Toast, shaking the pan occasionally until the skins are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to cutting board and let cool.
  4. When cooled, the once clingy skins peel off easily.
  5. The garlic can now be sliced, chopped or minced as you normally would, but it will have far less bite!
