Dry-toasting Garlic

- unpeeled garlic cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Place the unpeeled garlic cloves in a dry skillet over medium-high heat.
- Toast, shaking the pan occasionally until the skins are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to cutting board and let cool.
- When cooled, the once clingy skins peel off easily.
- The garlic can now be sliced, chopped or minced as you normally would, but it will have far less bite!
