Sweet Curry Marinade With Buttermilk

Excellent marinade for beef and lamb shishkebabs!
Ingredients
- 3/4 c buttermilk shopping list
- 1 tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 3 clove garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1 tbs brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbs curry powder shopping list
- 1 tsp red pepper flake shopping list
- 1 tsp ground coriander shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in gallon size zip-loc plastic bag or large nonreactive bowl in which the meat will marinate.
