This sounds great what kind of pork works best?

Imhungry: I usually use pork loin (a roast) and stick it in the freezer for an hour to stiffen it up and then slice it. This is such a popular item at our house I'll make several batches and put them in freezer bags so I can easily thaw and throw on the grill.

Thank you so much for posting this! Bool Kogi is my absolute favorite, and I have been looking for the Thai equivalent, not to mention something for pork for about four years. For whatever reason, I just couldn't find anything that really suited me. Now I got it!
Take care,
