Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 cup fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1-1/2 pounds of pork
  • skewers

Directions
  1. Slice the pork into thin slices that can be skewered- almost frozen meat works best to slice thin
  2. In a large ziploc bag add the sugar, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, oil, and cream of coconut. Mix well.
  3. Add the pork and squish the bag around
  4. Let this marinate for at least 8 hours.
  5. Place the meat on skewers and then onto the grill, or if pieces of pork are large you can skip the skewers
  6. Grill until the pork is well done.

Sounds soooooo good! Thanks for the post:)

This sounds great what kind of pork works best?

Imhungry: I usually use pork loin (a roast) and stick it in the freezer for an hour to stiffen it up and then slice it. This is such a popular item at our house I'll make several batches and put them in freezer bags so I can easily thaw and throw on the grill.
