Sweet and refreshing jello, with creme filling, and salty pretzels. Sounds weird...tastes GREAT!

  • 1 large pkg rasberry jello
  • 2 cups frozen rasberries
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 brick cream cheese (low fat is fine)
  • 1 small pkg cheesecake jello (instant)
  • 2 cups pretzels (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • sugar

Directions
  1. In a 9x13 pan
  2. 2 cups of pretzels - crushed
  3. 1/2 cup butter- melted
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Spread until even, and bake at 350 for 15 min.
  6. Cool for about 30 min
  7. Beat in mixer
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 1 small pkg of cream cheese jello pie filling - instant
  10. 1/2 brick of cream cheese.
  11. 1/4 cup sugar
  12. beat until smooth.
  13. Fold in 1 small tub of cool whip
  14. Spread over pretzels...slowly...
  15. Cool in fridge for 30 min
  16. Prepare jello as directed. only leave out 1/2 cup of the cold water.
  17. Add 2 cups of frozen fruit - I like rasberries...but Costco has a frozen fruit medley that has blueberries, rasberries and marionberries..it's delicious!
  18. Carefully pour over jello mixture.
  19. Cool for 2 hours or until set.
  20. It's a perfect sweet and salty treat!

Looks wonderful! I've had a strawberry dessert with a pretzel crust. It was great, and this looks even better!
