Pretzel Jello

- 1 large pkg rasberry jello shopping list
- 2 cups frozen rasberries shopping list
- 1 tub Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 brick cream cheese (low fat is fine) shopping list
- 1 small pkg cheesecake jello (instant) shopping list
- 2 cups pretzels (crushed) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a 9x13 pan
- 2 cups of pretzels - crushed
- 1/2 cup butter- melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Spread until even, and bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Cool for about 30 min
- Beat in mixer
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small pkg of cream cheese jello pie filling - instant
- 1/2 brick of cream cheese.
- 1/4 cup sugar
- beat until smooth.
- Fold in 1 small tub of cool whip
- Spread over pretzels...slowly...
- Cool in fridge for 30 min
- Prepare jello as directed. only leave out 1/2 cup of the cold water.
- Add 2 cups of frozen fruit - I like rasberries...but Costco has a frozen fruit medley that has blueberries, rasberries and marionberries..it's delicious!
- Carefully pour over jello mixture.
- Cool for 2 hours or until set.
- It's a perfect sweet and salty treat!
