Pork With Paprika And Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 40 g oil or 1-1/2 oz
  • 1 onion
  • pinch caraway seeds
  • pinch black pepper
  • salt how you like
  • 1 tsp. or big pinch paprika
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. or more seasoning called Vegeta

Directions
  1. Chop onion. You can cut pork in chunks (2 cm) or keep the way they are.
  2. In medium heat pan, light brown onion in oil
  3. Add paprika, pork, caraway seeds, pepper, salt, and seasoning.
  4. Brown pork slightly, turn heat down and add water. Let it slow boil until meat is soft and cooked then add sour cream and cook for few minutes.
  5. Serve with kasha that is buckwheat grain or potatoes and vegetable like cauliflower.
