How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Put the flour in a stand mixer with paddle attachment or a very deep bowl with a hand mixer at the ready.
  • Boil 250 mL milk with the oil.
  • Drizzle the milk mixture slowly into the flour while beating at low speed until all the flour is moistened.
  • Add the eggs and beat well on medium speed.
  • Mix in the remaining milk.
  • By hand, stir in the cheese, making sure it is well distributed.
  • With wet hands, form into small balls and place on sheets 1" apart.
  • Place into the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 400F.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm!
