Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 2 quart saucepan , melt butter over medium high heat and add onions and ginger, sautening until onions are translucent.
  • combine marmalade, orange juice, all purpose seasoning , pepper sauce and add 1/2 cup of the rum, and add to the onions, stirring well.
  • bring to a boil again, reduce heat to a medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce is reduced by half and thickened.
  • about 30 minutes.
  • remove from heat and stir in remaining 1 tablespoon rum...
  • allow to cool 15 minutes, before serving .
  • brush generously on chicken or what ever you are using before roasting .
  • if using as a dip serve it warm............... enjoy ............
