How to make it
- Slice tomatoes in half and "seed" and juice them thoroughly by holding in your hand and squeezing out seeds and juice.(this is important to keep dip at a nice consistency) then chop finely. Mix all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to meld. Serve with crackers or toasted bread squares.
