Ingredients
  • 1/2 container grape tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 10 fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 20 leaves of basil, thinly sliced
  • 3 gloves minced garlic
  • 1 lb wagon wheet pasta, cooked and drained
  • salt and pepper
  • Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, pepperoni, cheese, pasta and basil in a big bowl.
  2. Whisk salt, oregano, vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper together. Pour over pasta and chill.
