This is an Australian "bread" with a Greek twist- a la my roots... It is delicious with a thick soup, or a roast, but is also great warm accompanying dips or spreads. You could also substitute pumpkin for the spinach if you are a pumpkin fan like me!

Lovely! We eat a lot of soups and stews and other one-dish meals and this bread would be superb with anything like that! Thank you. It's a must try for me!
