Spinach And Feta Damper - Australian Bread - No Bread Maker Needed

- 900g flour shopping list
- 85g soft butter shopping list
- 10g salt shopping list
- 50g baking powder shopping list
- 170 ml low fat milk shopping list
- 330 ml water shopping list
- 300g feta cheese shopping list
- 100g grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 200g chopped spinach (fresh is best, but frozen will do!) shopping list
- chili flakes to taste!! shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
- Rub butter into dry ingredients
- Add milk and water - mix to a soft dough by hand
- Add feta, cheddar cheese and spinach - fold in
- Mix 'til all ingredients are well combined
- Lightly dust with flour
- Bake for 40-45 mins
- Can be re-heated or frozen
