Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or sugar free vanill wafers or vanilla cookies
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 - 3 oz package sugar-free strawberry jello
  • 1 - 3 oz package sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups bliling water
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 24 whole strawberries, stems removed

Directions
  1. Crust:
  2. Mix crushed crackers or cookies with sugar substitute and margarine.
  3. Press into a ceramic tart pan or quiche pan that has fluted sides.
  4. Place in refrigerator to set while mixing filling.
  5. Filling:
  6. Mix.jello and pudding with boiling water.
  7. Place in refregerator to cool.
  8. When jello mixture starts to set up, mix in sliced strawberries.
  9. Pour into pie crust .
  10. Decorate top with whole strawberries (see photo).
  11. Refrigerate until completely set, at least 3 hours.
