Farmhouse Eggs

- 1-1/2 cup fresh white breadcrumbs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 cup half and half shopping list
- Fresh chive pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then butter glass pie dish.
- Sprinkle half of the breadcrumbs in prepared pie dish.
- Sprinkle with half of the chopped chives and half of the grated cheese.
- Carefully break eggs into pie dish spacing evenly.
- Top with remaining breadcrumbs, chives and grated cheese.
- Season with cayenne and salt then pour half-and-half over mixture and bake 20 minutes.
- Garnish with chive pieces and serve immediately.
