Chile-cilantro Grilled Chicken

An herb paste is rubbed under the chicken's skin to get the benefit of it's zesty flavor even if you remove the skin before eating.

Heat grill. Combine all ingredients except chicken in small bowl. Geenerously rub over chicken and under skin.
Grill,covered,over medium heat or coals 14-18 mins. or until no longer pink in the center,turning once.
