Sounds weird, but this combo is awesome! Spicy from the Japanese wasabi powder and Dijon, but cooled down by the bland tofu and dill, this is a delicious cream-like sauce for everything! Adapted from Fresh in Toronto.

This was so absolutely delicious! I loved the flavour combinations. I didn't have silken tofu so I substituted sour cream, which seemed to work out okay. :)
I actually used this creamy dressing for a cold noodle salad. It was so yummy! I basically tossed it with some cooked somen noodles, shredded carrot, sliced celery, skinny red pepper strips and some sliced scallions.
This is my new favourite salad! :) Thank you so much for sharing such a great recipe.
