Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  • Melt butter in a small frying pan, add onion, stir over medium heat for 2 minutes until onion is soft
  • In a large bowl combine the grated vegetables and parsley with the flour and cheese
  • Add the cooked onion, sour cream and eggs and mix well
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and bake in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes

    Thanks! It is yummy. It is also easy to substitute ingredients and use whatever you have in the garden or fridge. I love leeks too and am eagerly awaiting for the ones in the garden!
