Chocolate Chip Cookie Delite Recipe

Ingredients

1 tube of (16 -1/2 oz) refrigerated cookie chip dough

1 pkg (8 oz) Softened Cream Cheese

1 cup confectioner's sugar

1 (12 oz) Cool Whip thawed

3 cups COLD milk

1 pkg (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding

1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding

chopped nut, mini chocolate chip, or curls optional

Directions

Let cookie dough stand at room temperature of 5-10 minutes to soften

Press into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan

Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack BE SURE IT IS COLD BEFORE DOING NEXT STEPS

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & confectioner's sugar until smooth, Fold in 1-3/4 cups Cool Whip. Spread over crust

In large mixing bowl, whisk milk with both pudding mixes together for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with balance of Cool Whip

Sprinkle nuts, chips, etc of your liking on top

Options: Be creative, change the refrigerated dough to any other refrigerated dough out there

Change the puddings: (ex: pistachio & vanilla, butterscotch & vanilla, white chocolate & chocolate fudge, ) just experiment,

Made this last night and it is fantastic. Just what the family was craving. Used the Betty Crockers Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pouch instead of the dough, and didn't mix the 2 puddings together, but rather made each one separately with 1 1/2 cups milk each to make a layer of pudding for each. I brought this dessert to Thanksgiving dinner last night and it was a big hit! My Dad was the only one who wasn't crazy about it, but that's only because it was too sweet for his taste. Everyone else loved it, especially the kids!
