How to make it

  • Put cookies in large ziplock bag and crush using hands or rolling pin
  • Put cream cheese and cookies in mixer and blend until creamy
  • Form mixture into balls (can make any size you want) and place on cookie sheet
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until balls solidify, may freeze if in a hurry
  • Melt dark chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate until coated completely
  • Return to fridge for storage

    they are absolutely delicious! i can totally relate, i was allergic to wheat but grew out of is around age 12, my grandmother still is however and its always exciting to find wheat free desserts!
