Strawberry Chocolate Cheesecake Bites Recipe

A slight variation on the typical oreo balls, tastes alot like strawberry cheeescake!

Ingredients
- 1 package strawberry cream cheese
- 1 box shortbread girl scout cookies(could probably use another kind of short bread cookies or possible try vanilla wafers)
- Dark Chocolate melting chips
Directions
- Put cookies in large ziplock bag and crush using hands or rolling pin
- Put cream cheese and cookies in mixer and blend until creamy
- Form mixture into balls (can make any size you want) and place on cookie sheet
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until balls solidify, may freeze if in a hurry
- Melt dark chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate until coated completely
- Return to fridge for storage

They are absolutely delicious! i can totally relate, i was allergic to wheat but grew out of is around age 12, my grandmother still is however and its always exciting to find wheat free desserts!
