Jalapeno Cocktail Pie Recipe

This is a good party finger food...especially here in the south... we like our hot stuff...

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 jalapen peppers seeded and chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound sharp cxheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Sprinkle peppers, onions, and garlic in a well greased 9 inch square pan.
- Cover with cheese.
- Pour eggs over cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
