Small crunchy balls of gooy peanut butter and cornflakes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup White Karo
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups of Corn Flakes
  • Wax paper

Directions
  1. Bring Sugar and Karo to a boil for 2 minutes or so
  2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and corn flakes
  3. Stir until everything is mixed together suffiecently
  4. Spoon drop onto wax paper as small or as large as desired
  5. Let cool for 2 hours (otherwise burnt tounges will be plentiful)
  6. Enjoy!

Yummy! I've also tried adding a little cocoa to the boiling karo/sugar and it is delicious as well.


Wish they had a little more eye appeal. Looks like something I would avoid stepping in.

Alterations


add in semi-sweet chocolate pieces right at the end, or use the corn flakes that have granola bits for a different texture


Tastes great with Rice Krispies cereal substituted for the corn flakes and also dipping them in milk chocolate.
