Rosemary Lemon Pork Chops

Who is Rosemary Lemon? And why does she have these chops named after her? Anyway, her grilled pork chops are tender and succulent and perfectly delish on the grill. Thanks, Rosemary!
Ingredients
- 8 boneless pork top loin chops - nice thick kind shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed shopping list
- 4 lemons, juiced shopping list
- 10 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients but chops in a plastic sealable bag. Mix well. Add pork chops and marinate at least 1 hour.
- Grill over a slow heat on the grill so they don't burn and cook all the way through.
