- Brie Jammer: Spread a toasted bagel with your favorite jam. Top with a thin layer of brie cheese and broil until cheese is melted. shopping list
- The Hot Caprese : Brush toasted bagel with a little olive oil (garlic flavored is good on this!) and then top it with a tomato slice. Season tomato with a little italian seasoning, and sprinkle with some coarsely chopped basil leaves. Top if all off with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese. Broil just until hot. shopping list
- Fine feta Finish: Brush toasted bagel with olive oil. Top with some crumbled feta cheese, diced tomatoes and onions, and a few kalamata olive slices. shopping list
- salmon Delight: Mix some cream cheese with desired amount of finely diced smoked salmon (I personally prefer a heavy hand with the salmon), a sprinkle of garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, and a dash of Old Bay Seasoning. Spread generously on toasted bagel and enjoy – still my favorite! shopping list
- Smoked Oyster Delight: This is the same as the salmon Delight, just replace some diced smoked oysters for the smoked salmon and omit all seasoning (the smoked oysters have all the salt and flavor you will need). shopping list
