Marinated Tomato Salad with White Beans and Olives

- 11/2lbs ripe tomatoes,cored and sliced into 1/2" wedges. shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1(16oz)can cannellini beans,drained and rinsed shopping list
- 2Tbs extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1Tbs balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 garlic clove,minced shopping list
- 2tsp. minced fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1/2tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/4c kalamata olives,finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4c toasted pine nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Toss tomatoes and salt in large bowl,then transfer to baking sheet lined with paper towels;let drain 15 mins.
- Return drained tomatoes to large bowl and toss with beans,oil,vinegar,garlic,rosemary,pepper and olives. Let marinate 15 mins. Sprinkle pine nuts over salad. Serve.
