Rhubarb Crumble

- 4 cups cut up rhubarb shopping list
- 1/2 cup of butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup of rolled oats shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Butter a 1 1//2 quart casserole dsih.
- Put rhubarb in buttered dish.
- Sprinkle with white sugar.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, oats and salt.
- Blend until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over rhubarb.
- Bake until rhubarb is tender and top is well browned.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or soft ice cream.
