  • Filling
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • Crust
  • 2 packages chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg white

Directions
  1. Blend graham crackers, melted butter and egg white in food processor until dough forms a ball.
  2. Press into a fluted tart shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
  5. Whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Pour into cooled tart shell and refrigerate.
  7. Garnish with chocolate whipped cream. (recipe follows)
  8. Chocolate Whipped Cream
  9. 2 cups heavy cream
  10. 1/4 cup sugar
  11. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  12. Whip ingredients till stiff peaks form.
