How to make it

  • If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water to cover for at least 20 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients but the shrimp in a medium bowl.
  • Add the shrimp and toss or stir to coat
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-4 hours
  • Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers
  • Preheat grill to high
  • Place skewers on the grill and cook until done, about 4-5 minutes.

    This really sounds good. Always looking for good shrimp recipes. I might back off on some of the mustard to bring out the basil.
