Basil Shrimp Recipe

Mm-mm-mm-mm! I love the combination of basil, shrimp, and grill!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (or omit butter and use 1/3 or so cup olive oil total)
- 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
- 3 tablespoons good mustard
- 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions
- If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water to cover for at least 20 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients but the shrimp in a medium bowl.
- Add the shrimp and toss or stir to coat
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-4 hours
- Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers
- Preheat grill to high
- Place skewers on the grill and cook until done, about 4-5 minutes.

This really sounds good. Always looking for good shrimp recipes. I might back off on some of the mustard to bring out the basil.
