Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Nice bruschetta style chicken dish.
Ingredients
- 1(14.5 oz.) candiced tomatoes,undrained shopping list
- 1(6oz) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken shopping list
- 1/2c water shopping list
- 2cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 11/2lbs. skinless,boneless chicken breasts,cut into small bite-size pieces shopping list
- 1tsp dried basil leaves shopping list
- 1c shreaded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix,water and garlic;stir just till stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
- Place chicken in a 9x13" baking dish;sprinkle with the basil and cheese. Topwith stuffing mixture.
- Bake 30 mins or till chicken is cooked through.
