Gingernut Biscuits

- 200 g butter (7 oz) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup golden syrup shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger (heaped) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 350 F (180 C).
- Cream the butter and the sugar.
- Add the golden syrup and the dry ingredients.
- Mix everything together and roll into little balls about the size of a marble.
- Put onto a greased baking tray, pressing the balls down very slightly with a fork.
- Bake at 350 F and 180 C for 15 minutes.
