How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  • In a large pan, combine 1 2/3 cup water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.
  • Add rice, onions, and salt. Boil 10 minutes then remove from the heat.
  • Place into a casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on top and pour salsa over the chicken breast and rice. Cover.
  • Cook for 1 hour. Serve.

    Girl... I have to figure a way to do this on my gas grill.. My oven got zapped during Dolly.. and is not on my fast fix it list!

    This dish is quick, simple and sounds so tasty, I can't wait to try it. I love boneless skinless chicken it is to me the miracle food. Put a little seasoning on it, throw it on the grill, no time flat its done add a little salad, you're eating. And this dish is that easy to make. Thank you, its the kind of dish that makes a person think you slaved over, it sounds that good.
