  • 1 10oz frozen spinach,thawed
  • 1 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • 4 eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1c chopped marinated artichokes

Directions
  1. Grease 9" pie pan with olive oil. Preheat oven to 375. Wring spinach dry. In a large bowl,whisk together the ricotta cheese,garlic-herb cheese and eggs. Add the spinach,artichokes,1/2tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake until golden,about 45 mins.
