grilled portabello mushrooms with cheese

- 6 large portabello mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced seeded tomatoes shopping list
- handful chopped fresh herbs, whatever you like. I usually use basil or thyme shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- wipe mushrooms with paper towel and remove stem
- mix remaining ingredients together
- spoon mixture into mushroom caps
- sprinkle remaining cheddar on top
- place on medium hot grill for 5 minutes
- move to top rack or cooler part of grill for remaining cooking time until cheese is melted and mushrooms cooked through
