Camembert chicken with cranberry sauce

- 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 125g camembert cheese shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 2tbs finely chopped chives shopping list
- plain flour shopping list
- 2tbs oil shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 2tbs cranberry jelly shopping list
- salt and black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut a deep pocket in each breast.
- Place cheese in a small bowl and mash roughly with a fork.
- Add garlic and chives mash
- Spoon into pockets and secure openings with toothpicks
- Toss chicken gently in flour
- Heat oil in a frying pan ,add chicken.cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side.Reduce heat cook for 5 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked.Remove from pan.Cover loosely with foil while preparing sauce.
- Add wine and cranberry jelly to pan stirring to mix in pan juices.Season to taste.Cook over high heat until reduced by half.Pour sauce over chicken and serve
- Serve with chips and salad or new potatoes and veg
