How to make it

  • Cut a deep pocket in each breast.
  • Place cheese in a small bowl and mash roughly with a fork.
  • Add garlic and chives mash
  • Spoon into pockets and secure openings with toothpicks
  • Toss chicken gently in flour
  • Heat oil in a frying pan ,add chicken.cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side.Reduce heat cook for 5 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked.Remove from pan.Cover loosely with foil while preparing sauce.
  • Add wine and cranberry jelly to pan stirring to mix in pan juices.Season to taste.Cook over high heat until reduced by half.Pour sauce over chicken and serve
  • Serve with chips and salad or new potatoes and veg
