I got this from a new magazine that came today... it says that researchers have made an interesting discovery that adding alcohol to berries boosts the amount of antioxidants in the fruit that could be absorbed by our bodies. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup blueberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries shopping list
- 1 cup ice cubes shopping list
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 ounce vodka ( 2 TBSPS. ) shopping list
- 1 TBSP. sugar shopping list
- 1 TBSP. snipped fresh mint shopping list
- mint sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- blend berries, ice, pineapple juice, vodka, sugar, and mint about 2 minutes or until smooth..
- some little seeds will remain
- pour into tall glasses and top with the mint sprigs
