Marinated Veggie Confetti

- vegetable Recommendations for a total of about 6 cups bite sized veggies shopping list
- cauliflower shopping list
- broccoli shopping list
- celery shopping list
- carrots(I use baby) shopping list
- bell peppers shopping list
- cucumber shopping list
- peas--frozen is okay, but don't cook them, just thaw them shopping list
- sugar peas shopping list
- kernel corn(NOT canned--fresh blanched off the cob or frozen, thawed) shopping list
- *Dressing/Marinade* shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup tomato based salad dressing(ie "French, Catalina, bacon/tomato, etc) shopping list
- 1 green onion, sliced shopping list
- splash of balsamic vinegar shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all dressing ingredients in large enough bowl to hold all veggies.
- Add veggies and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Stir well before serving
