Easy Tortellini Salad

- 1-8oz. pkg. spinach tortellini(dry type not frozen)Ronzoni or Barilla brand, 1-8oz. pkg. 3 cheese tortellini(dry type not frozen)Ronzoni or Barilla brand, 1-6oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts-cut into small pieces, 1 small pkg. grape tomatoes-sliced in half, 6oz.can black pitted olives-drained and sliced, 1/2 of a red onion-sliced thin, 1/4 cup grated carrots, 12 oz.of any oil and vinegar dressing. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook tortellini according to package directions,al dente. Drain and cool completely. Mix together with above ingredients and chill a few hours or overnight.Toss a few times while chilling.Toss again before serving.

We have this often.. and your right.. have to use the dried.. the frozen just does not hold up as well... Good post!

This sounds SOOOO good but I haven't been able to locate dried tortellini. I'll be traveling the next few weeks and maybe will find it. I've saved it, so hopefully will get to try it soon.
