Ingredients

1-8oz. pkg. spinach tortellini(dry type not frozen)Ronzoni or Barilla brand, 1-8oz. pkg. 3 cheese tortellini(dry type not frozen)Ronzoni or Barilla brand, 1-6oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts-cut into small pieces, 1 small pkg. grape tomatoes-sliced in half, 6oz.can black pitted olives-drained and sliced, 1/2 of a red onion-sliced thin, 1/4 cup grated carrots, 12 oz.of any oil and vinegar dressing.

Directions

Cook tortellini according to package directions,al dente. Drain and cool completely. Mix together with above ingredients and chill a few hours or overnight.Toss a few times while chilling.Toss again before serving.

Very good! This will be my salad for potlucks. I dumped the tortellini in and then realized it had two different cooking times...I'm sure it will be even better with the tortellini cooked well.

I love the use of the different flavored tortellini
in this recipe those marinated artichoke hearts combined with the olives grated carrots and tomatoes will please my pallet. This would go well with anything grilled.
