Ingredients
  • 1 package Keebler Pecan or regular Sandies shortbread Cookies(about 24 cookies)
  • 1 canister store bought chocolate fudge frosting(Betty Crocker or Pillsbury)
  • pecans
  • * if you want to be fancy you can always melt some chocolate or caramel and drizzle over the top

Directions
  1. OK, three steps your done: Even my husband could do this!(well maybe!)
  2. Step one... Open package of cookies and place on serving tray.
  3. Step two... Open frosting and top each cookie with a spoonful of frosting
  4. Step Three... Place a pecan on top of each cookie and refrigerate or freeze if your in a hurry, until frosting hardens a little(about 30 minutes)
  5. Your done! Now wasn't that fast?
